Hi

I'm Alish Kanani

a PhD student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, in Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. My current research, under the guidance of Dr. Umit Ogras at the eLab, focuses on developing advanced thermal modeling and management solutions for emerging 2.5D and 3D packaging technologies.

Previously I worked in Samsung Electronics, where I worked on 3D IC test chips in system architecture and RTL design engineering team.
I completed my undergraduate studies at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jodhpur, where I collaborated with Dr. Neeraj Goel, Dr. Dip Sankar Banerjee and Prof. Muhammad Shafique on various projects.
